2.Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences between the actual product and the photos.
3.Just upload your image, add any notes for your designer, and that's it!
The Customization Journey
Step 1: Upload a photo of your pet with your order. If the photo isn’t suitable, we’ll contact you. (Photo guide)
Step 2: Once you submit your order, our artists get to work on digitally-illustrating your pet portrait and send you a preview for approval. You can request any modifications at this stage.
Step 3: After approval, we’ll prepare your order for shipment. Free worldwide shipping is available, with delivery in 5-14 business days.
