Can I use any pet photo for the portrait?
We can work with 99% of the photos we receive.
We can work with old photos and photos with multiple pets in them.
If there are any issues with your photo, our support team will contact you to help.
You can also submit more photos when you preview your artwork and request changes. Read more on our Photo Guide page
Can I see the artwork before it's shipped?
When the product is almost finished, we will send you a photo via E-mail. You can approve it or ask your artist for any modifications.
Do you only create dog and cat portraits?
We create art for all pets, whether they are furry, feathery or scaly.
All beloved creatures are welcome!
When will my artwork arrive?

Can you work with black and white pet photos?
Yes, our artists can create stunning pet portraits from black and white photos.

Do you deliver pet art across the globe?
Yes, we ship our pet masterpieces worldwide, spreading joy to pet lovers everywhere (except military addresses).
Why is my tracking number not updating?
Sometimes tracking numbers take a day or two to activate. If it's still elusive after a couple of days, reach out to our support team for help.
Which payment methods are accepted at checkout?

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Please reach out to us via email or live chat with photos of the damage.
Damage by the courier or in production are covered by us, free of charge.
We will send a new product to you as soon as possible.
