Photo Upload
What kind of photo should I upload?
Please upload a clear photo of your pet in good lighting. Front-facing photos with visible facial details work best.
Can I upload more than one photo?
Yes. You can upload multiple photos if you want us to better capture your pet’s face, expression, colors, or special markings.
What if my photo is not clear enough?
If your photo is too blurry, too dark, or missing important details, we may contact you for a better one before starting your custom order.
Custom Artwork & Design
Will I see the artwork before it is made?
Yes. For artwork-based products, we’ll send you a preview before production. You can check the design and request changes if needed.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. If something looks off, you can let us know. We’ll make reasonable adjustments before production so your custom piece feels right to you.
Can you include more than one pet?
For many products, yes. Please check the product options or leave us a note when placing your order. If the design needs adjustment, we’ll contact you.
Production & Shipping
How long does a custom order take?
Custom orders take extra time because each piece is made just for you. Production time may vary by product. You’ll receive updates once your order is ready to ship.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the custom design or production has started, changes or cancellations may not be available.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Product Details & Color
Will the final product look exactly like the photo?
We do our best to keep the details and colors close to your pet’s photo. However, slight differences may happen due to lighting, screen settings, artwork style, or printing materials.
Is each item handmade or custom-made?
Yes. Each item is made based on your pet photo and your selected product style, so every order is unique.
Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns?
Because each custom item is made just for you, we usually do not accept returns for personalized products unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help you with a solution.
