What if I’m not sure my photo will work?
No problem. You can send us your photo first, and we’ll help you decide if it’s a good fit.
Can I send more than one photo?
Yes. You’re welcome to send multiple photos, and we can help choose the best one for your design.
What kind of photo should I send?
Please send a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face and features are easy to see. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us your photo and we’ll help you confirm whether it works.
Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. We share your custom design before production and only move forward once you’re happy with it.
When does production start?
Production begins only after you approve the design.
Can I change my photo after placing an order?
If your order has not entered production yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.
What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item, and we will do our best to help.
