Production Time
All of our products are custom-made based on your pet’s photo. Because each item is personalized, production and processing usually take 7–15 business days after your customization details are confirmed.
Processing time may vary depending on the product type, artwork complexity, and current order volume.
Artwork or Product Confirmation
For products that require artwork approval or final confirmation, we may send digital previews, photos, or videos by email before production or shipping.
Please review and respond within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within that time, we may proceed with production or shipping based on the provided customization details.
Shipping Time
Once your order is completed and shipped, delivery time usually takes:
United States: 7–15 business days
International Orders: 10–25 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to holidays, weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.
Order Tracking
After your order ships, we will send you a tracking number by email once it becomes available.
Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after shipment.

We work with trusted shipping carriers and choose the most suitable shipping method based on your delivery address.
Custom Orders, Returns & Refunds
Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or cancellations after production has started, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an address mistake, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the shipping address before your order has been shipped.
Once a package has shipped, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country.
